Group mindfulness meditation practice provides the steps, skills, and safe environment we need in order to connect with ourselves, enabling us to tap into our wisdom. Practicing mindfulness meditation teaches us how to show up and be more active participants in our own lives.

In addition to being a psychotherapist, I am a trained yoga teacher and mindfulness meditation teacher.
