Therapy For Individuals And Couples

Rooted in Attachment and Nervous System Work

I offer therapy for individuals and couples seeking deeper, lasting change.
My work is grounded in attachment theory and nervous system regulation, integrating mindfulness and somatic practices to support meaningful change.
Together, we explore the patterns shaping how you relate to yourself, your emotions, and others.
