Therapy that helps you understand your patterns and feel more grounded in yourself and your relationships.

You may find yourself stuck in anxiety, overthinking, emotional reactivity, conflict, or disconnection, even after spending significant time trying to understand yourself and your experiences.

Together, we look at how attachment patterns, the nervous system, and past experiences shape the way you relate, to yourself and to others.

Therapy focuses on helping you understand these patterns while also supporting new ways of responding to yourself and your relationships with greater awareness, regulation, and intention.

How
I Work

My work integrates:

Our work together is collaborative, grounded, and paced intentionally, creating space for deeper awareness, greater regulation, and more secure ways of relating.

About Me

I’m Christie Leonard, LCSW, and I bring over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional reactivity, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My background includes work in inpatient and community mental health, hospice care, and correctional settings, experiences that continue to shape the grounded, relational approach I bring into therapy today.

I’ve completed advanced training in mindfulness meditation, over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, and specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic integration through the California Institute of Integral Studies.

Acknowledging Roots

Yoga, mindfulness, and psychedelic medicines are rooted in Indigenous and Eastern traditions that have guided healing practices for many centuries.

These traditions continue to shape both my work and personal practice, and I approach them with deep respect, gratitude, and ongoing learning.
