I CAN HELP

I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and the mind-body connection.

I offer individual therapy, small group yoga and meditation classes, and psychedelic education and integration, including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for eligible clients. These practices support nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and reconnection with your body and your own wisdom.

You can work with me in person in Tampa Bay or online throughout Florida, Massachusetts, Maine, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been affecting you, help your nervous system settle, and support you in finding more clarity and ease within yourself.
